Easy Return” is a simple and fast system that not everyone knows in detail. If the product you received is not what you are expecting or is not good, do not be afraid and follow these instructions.

Visit www.naturdieta.com and write an e-mail to info@naturdieta.com indicating the product you want to return and the motivation to do so, such as:

  • The product received is different from the one ordered - In this case you have to write: “I have received unsolicited products”. The refund service will be free of charge and we will recompense the full value of the product and the corresponding part of the shipping charges
  • The product received is defective - In this case, you must send an email with the words “I have received a defective product” and you can proceed with the free return of the product. We will recompense the full value of the product and the proportionate part of the shipping cost
  • You have changed the idea, wrong to select the product or website you thought was different - In these cases, you will receive the total amount of the returned product and the proportion of the initial shipping costs.

Faq

How much time do I have to get the yield? You have 14 days to return an order or a product from the moment the state goes to “Delivered”. Before your order passes to this state, it can take up to 48 hours. This time is required to receive courier confirmation of delivery.

Under what conditions must the parcel and the order be? You can use a parcel at your own pace with the care that it is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must have the original label and of course it should not have been used.
