Rosehip: organic nutrient Vitamin C

The high content of vitamin C facilitates the absorption of all other active principles of the natural ingredients of the product. Since vitamin C (ascorbic acid) cannot be directly synthesized by man, must be introduced with food, if the diet is good and balanced, or with the food supplement in those cases where the feeding of it is deficient.

The most valuable portion of the plant is represented by the "fruit" of the rose hip. The concentrate total active substance is acquired by cold extraction in order to avoid deterioration of the vitamins contained therein that are thermolabile.
The wild rose has a high content of vitamin C in size up to 50-100 times greater than conventional citrus fruits like oranges and lemons. One hundred grams contain the same amount of vitamin C or ascorbic acid contained in 1 kg. citrus. If the active ingredients of rose hips are used together with other herbal products, the absorption of the medicinal properties of the latter being made easier.

The active ingredients in rose hips contain bioflavonoids, phytoestrogens, tannins, pectins, carotenoids, organic acids and polyphenols. The Rose hip contains the beta-cherotene or provitamin. An activity with antioxidant and anti-free radical that is highly recommended to all those who want to prevent wrinkles, aging skin and solar erythema.
The bioflavonoids present in the nucleus and in the rind of many fruits, lead to the synergistic action of vitamin C, facilitating the assimilation by the body.

The active ingredients of rose hips have vitaminizing quality, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic and regularize blood circulation. They stimulate the immune defenses in the respiratory tract and are a valuable aid in acute inflammation of the mucous membranes. The rose hip is recommended for the treatment of inflammation of the kidney or bladder.
