The thought of Naturdieta and our guarantees
The online sale is equated to the sale by mail order. Italian law obliges those who exercise this activity to give the consumer some guarantees, mainly concentrated in the right of withdrawal. Naturdieta decided to overcome lawfully Italian law which states the following:
1. The customer can change their minds within 10 days from date of order. For Naturdieta the customer can change their minds when he wants.
2. The client who changes his mind must notify (at his expense) by letter with return receipt to the supplier. For Naturdieta the client may communicate that he had changed his mind as he prefers, even by phone or e-mail.
3.The customer must return the goods to the supplier at his expense. For Naturdieta Customer must not do anything; is Naturdieta that recovers the goods at his own expense.
4. If the customer is not satisfied of the product must demonstrate that there is a manufacturing defect. For Naturdieta if the customer is not satisfied with the product, it tells Naturdieta which shall replace it immediately with for another of equal or greater value, or to refund immediately the full amount of ’product purchased and consumed.
5. The customer must provide to return the goods contested or rejected in unopened package. For Naturdieta the customer must return nothing. Naturdieta will collect the goods (including open and / or used) only if it was necessary examine it to check for any defects in manufacture and provide to eliminate them as soon as possible.
Conclusions
Ultimately, the moral law is this: trust is good not to trust is better.
For Naturdieta the moral however is this: we live better trusting in of others. The customer is demanding but fair Naturdieta: he trusts of Naturdieta as we trust of him. That remains is to test us.
