Rose Hip: natural ingredient of WonderOverThe most important part of the plant is represented by fruits that are harve-
sted between September and October and are rich in vitamin C (in 100 grams of pulp are to be found up to 3 grams). The high content of vitamin C and other vitamins (A, B1, B2, E, P, K, PP)make the rosehip a very good vitaminizing, very suitable in cases of general fatigue, in the states of convalescence, against the colds and viral diseases, to fight free radicals and improve the immune system.

The Rosehip is rich in natural vitamin C, also known by the name of Ascorbic Acid. It can not be directly synthesized by man, unlike what happens with the animals. Has the property to fight any kind of infection, it is an excellent antioxidant and increases the possibility of absorption of iron and controls the level of cholesterol in the blood.

Activates the Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid). Elderly persons have a great need for vitamin C (received by the cross-linking = progressive hardening). Smokers should know that they consume 25 milligrams for each cigarette. The Rosehip is a natural adjuvant to enhance the immune system to fight all kinds of infections starting from common cold. Vitamin C and other antioxidant compounds such as flavonoids and carotenoids present in the plant complex, can help in cases of increased oxidative activity due to stress, smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, to an insufficient consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables and to strengthen systems reductive oxide.

The anti-inflammatory activity of the active principles of the rose hip is connected to the presence of vitamin factor P constituted by flavonoids and vitamin C and is very important for the activity capillary-protective since, supporting the regeneration of the vasal endothelium, limits their permeability. For this reason, the drug is used in the microcirculation disorders such as gingival bleeding and cellulite.
