Sexual rights are universal and fundamental human rights

  • 1) The right to sexual freedom: sexual freedom encompasses the possibility to express their full sexual potential of individuals. However, this excludes all forms of coercion, exploitation and abuse at all times and situations in life
  • 2) Right to autonomy, integrity, and safety of the sexual body: this right includes the right to make autonomous decisions about their sex lives in the personal and social morality. It also includes the ability to control and enjoyment of our bodies free from torture, mutilation and violence of any kind
  • 3) The right to sexual privacy: this includes the right to individual decisions and behaviors as part of their intimacy as long as they do not interfere in the sexual rights of others.
