Citrus Aur. - Pag. 1

Reductup Men:

Citrus Aurantium: ingredient of Reductup Men

(E.S. Tit. 6% Synephrine in Reductup Men: dry extract obtained from orange peel)
Principal constituents

The citrus aurantium contains the following elements: sympathomimetic amines (synephrine, octopamine) biofla-
vonoids (neohesperidin, naringin, hesperidin) and flavono-
ids (tangeretin, nobiletin, sinensetin, auranetina, different routines, etc..), essential oils, bitter substances (auranzia-
marina) coumarin compounds.

Key activities

The citrus aurantium is stimulating the adrenergic system and selective beta-3 receptors. Stimulator of gastrointestinal function.

Therapeutic use
  • Coadjutant in low-calorie therapy
  • Tiredness and exhaustion
  • Anabolic effect
  • Absence of appetite
  • Dyspeptic disorders
Pharmacological activity

Citrus Aurantium: ingredient of Reductup MenThe citrus aurantium has a long tradition of use in Chinese medi-
cine, where it is used as a tonic for the body’s vital activities, such as the stimulation of the circulati-
on in congestive respiratory events and the solicitation of efficiency in situations of gastrointestinal indigestion.

The bitter orange or citrus aurantium is composed of two sets of substances: volatile ones, forming the essence and those stable, formed especially from flavonic glycosides (hesperidin and derivatives), pectins (in the mesocarp) and bitter substances of a chemical nature is not defined.
It was discovered that the rind of the fruit, known for its content of bioflavonoids, in some moments of maturation, that is when the fruit has not yet reached maturity, is a collection especially rich in adrenergic amines.
Have been identified the five fundamental that are: synephrine, N-metiltiramina, hordenine, octopamine and tyramine, whose stability in the extract phytotherapic is only assured by a careful extraction process.

Citrus Aurantium: ingredient of Reductup MenRecent clinical and scientific studies have proven for these standardized extracts of citrus aurantium thermoge-
nic outcome
with a selective increase in metabolic activity of the human body: they facilitate the use of fat to energy, with improvement of physical perfor-
mance by the method of increase in beta-oxidation of fats in the muscle which, in turn, supports the increase in lean body mass.

Synephrine is certainly the most sympathetic-mimetic amine known with thermogenic activity: it has been proven its potential to stimulate the system with selective beta-3 receptors. The beta-3 receptors are the receptors most common compound in adipose and in the liver.
Synephrine originates the release of adrenaline and noradrenaline without interposing on other types of adrenergic receptors (alpha-1 and 2, beta-1 and 2). This task gets a good thermogenic action without secondary consequences.
The consequently effect is a direct solicitation of beta-3 receptors which, in turn, are responsible for the processes of lipolysis of fats present in adipose tissue. At the same time, get an increase in basal metabolism with a consequential increase of the daily caloric consumption.
