Rutin essential component of the pollen

Pollen is one of the richest natural sources of rutin discovered so far. Rutin is a bioflavonoid belonging to the C group, which operates in synergy with vitamin C and other flavonoids such as quercetin and esperedina. At rutin is also recognized an anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anticancer and antimicrobial qualities.

The RNA and DNA are two nucleic acids and are found in pollen in large quantities. This two substances are present in all the activities involved in reproduction. Vitamin B12, which usually has no vegetable origin, is located in the pollen an extent important enough by ensuring that pollen has a particular value also for vegetarians. Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid, is in turn well outlined in pollen.

rus, iron, sodium, potassium, aluminum, magnesium, copper), trace elements (more than 25 trace elements make up 3.8% of the pollen and include all the essential trace element), lipids of which the most of the fats are essential fatty acids -70% alpha-linolenic (omega 3), 3-4% linoleic (omega 6), 16-17% monounsaturated and saturated fats, enzymes and co-enzymes, pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), pigments, xanthophyll, carotene, and sterols.
