Taraxacum: natural ingredient of KalospeedThe Taraxacum or Dandelion is a bitter plant widespread throughout Europe. It is used by gourmets for its excellent salad that is achieved with its leaves. From the pharmacological point of view, its properties are essentially due to a bitter substance to said tarassicine and inulin. In the plant can be isolated: choline acid, p-ossifenil acetic acid, 3-4 dioxy cinnamic, free fatty acids and esterified, amino acids levulina, etc.

The Taraxacum prevents cholecystopathy and increases the secretion of bile. The bitter principles of the plant activates the contraction of the gallbladder. The dandelion possesses preventive properties, even if not dissolves kidney already present. It is suitable for those suffering from arthrosis weight-loss diets and in prostatic hypertrophy (along with bearberry).
