Garcinia: natural ingredient of KalospeedGarcinia Cambogia (Botanical name: Garcinia Cambogia Desr. - Fam. Guttiferae), a plant native to Southeast Asia, which is used in herbal weight-loss products for the presence in the skin of the fruit of hydroxycitric acid. It seems that the acid acts on the enzyme citratoliasi or directly on the acetyl-coenzyme A, blocking the synthesis of fatty acids, avoiding the formation of adipose tissue.
