What about shipping charges and delivery time?
We ship Monday to Friday - all orders placed in the morning are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 12 pm are shipped the next day.

All US orders will be shipped (Monday to Friday) from here to avoid any occasional delays due to customs and international postal transit times.

Standard: USPS Priority Mail -- 3 to 8 days delivery* -- € 12

For all other non-US orders, ie. from any other country in the world, we ship Monday to Friday via priority mail directly from our Italian headquarters to all the world - for orders within Europe (including Switzerland and Norway), delivery takes approx. 4 working days, and for orders from the rest of the world expect delivery within 14 working days at most (but most of the time it takes no longer than a week).
