TRIKO OK COMPONENTS
For finding some components in a specific treatment
for man and woman, Naturdieta researchers have individualized
some useful components for both the sexes and other
specific components for the man and for the woman.
YEAST
The yeast is considered the richest source of vitamin
B, folic acid, mineral salts as chrome, zinc, enzymes
and amino-acids. Given for a dietary and therapeutic
use, it doesn't create fermentation ; it is resistent
to the antibiotic activity , it helps the liver to develop
its functions; it increases the carbohydrate absorption
and it stimulates the production of antibodies. It is
a good integrator of vitamin B1(tiamin), vitamin B2
(riboflavin), B12 ,B5,vitamin H, choline, folic acid,
niacin, inositol, zinc and chrome. A traditional coadjutant
for colitis, constipation, prolonged use of antibiotic,
immune insufficiency, seborrhea, acne, diabetes and
stress.
WHEAT GERM
The wheat germ is rich in vitamin E. The vitamin E is
an efficacious antioxidant and it represents, therefore,
a valid defense for the cellular membranes against the
free radicals. The vitamin E is one of the fundamental
elements for the prevention of the oxidative vascular
damages at vasal wall level and at LDL level. Numerous
studies have, in fact, demostrated the correlation between
the vitamin E at plasmatic level and the cardiovascular
illnesses. In the retina, the protection of the vitamin
E has a fundamental role for the correct maintenance
of the cellular trophism and therefore a correct retinic
functionality. Its antioxidant activity avoid the precocious
cutaneous aging caused by the exogenous aggressive agents
as the sun, pollution but even endogenous agents derived
by stress, smoke, etc... The Vitamin E pruduces a correct
functionality in the nervous and muscular system; it
is even well known as the vitamin of fertility, it is
considered as a strategic factor in the physiological
processes that regulate the reproductive apparatus.
The Wheat Germ is also rich in polyunsaturated fatty
acids, that cannot be synthesized by the man, so they
have a remarkable value from a nutritional point of
view.
CARROT
The use of the carrot is mainly dued
to the carotenoids and particularly to the beta-carotene
that it conteins. These are precursory dispositions
of the vitamin A. The beta-carotene is a lipophil antioxidant
that produces manifold activities. In the oculistic
field, it protects the retina by a direct filtration
of the UV rays and it neutralizes the free radicals
that are produced by the interaction of the light with
the oxygen and the retina is rich in it. The protective
effect of betacarotene is well known against the ultraviolet
rays, also at cutaneous level. The betacarotene and
the other carotenoids are a part of the antioxidant
physiological defenses in the LDL. A study at the university
of Harward, lasted 6 years, has demonstrated that the
betacarotene prevents the oxidation of the LDL, against
the creation of the arteriosclerotic plaques. Moreover
the pectano favors the elimination and the diminution
of the cholesterol. In 1979 the researchers demonstrated
carrot the of hypoglycemic substances in the carrot,
that made it particularly precious for the diabetics.
The carrot is even used for intestinal disorders . Numerous
studies have demonstrated the preventive effectiveness
of betacarotene for some tumural forms. A study published
on "U.S. Pharmacist" lasted 19 years on 1954
people, concludes that "the subjects, with low
plasmatic levels of betacarotene, quadruplicate the
possibility to develop tumoral forms."
HOP
The hop is a common plant in Europe and is cultivated
in the regions where the beer is produced. From the
twelfth century it is mentioned as a "remedy for
the melancholy" for its aperitive, depurative,
laxative and vermifugal properties, the researchers
have confirmed its sedative and relaxing activity. These
functions are widely justified, considering the quantity
of aminoacids and hormone-similar substances, for the
essential oil and phyto-hormonal substances, the hop
is efficacious for hair growth, stimulating the metabolic
functions of the superficial tissues of the scalp. The
principal components in the hop are :a resin and a volatile
oil. In the resin there is the humolone, humolinone,
adumolone and preumolone, while in the essential oil
there are B-mircene, depentene, alphacariophilene, farnesen,
s acrilic esquiterpen, sesquiterpenic alcohol, folic
ether and formaldehyde, metilnonchiltenone, free and
esterified acids. Moreover there are: flavonoids, antocians,
proteins, starches, glucides , phytosterin, cetilic
alcohol, para -aminobenzoic acid and phytoestrogens.
